Amazon Kills Zombies, Keeps John Goodman as It Plans First Season of Web Series
Amazon has passed on the “Zombieland” TV series and picked up “Alpha House”? a Washington satire starring John Goodman, and “Betas,” a Silicon Valley sitcom.
It seems as though Emma Watson will have more than just a small cameo appearance in “This Is The End.” A new clip from the upcoming comedy action movie has been released, and it shows that she does more here than just attend James Franco’s party and then later come after the movie’s leads with an axe like the trailers have teased.
In fact, she ends up staying with Franco, Jonah Hill, Seth Rogen, Danny McBride, Jay Baruchel and Craig Robinson in their save haven of Franco’s home. Unlike the rest of them, Watson has spent plenty of time on the outside and suspects she knows what apocalyptic event is going down: zombies. Based on the creatures we’ve seen running around in “This Is The End’s” trailers, she’s likely wrong, but maybe Rogen has gone crazy in his directorial debut and incorporated a bunch of different apocalyptic tropes in this film.

The summer movie season is starting earlier and earlier, with “Iron Man 3” already having officially kicked off this year’s blockbuster bonanza in early May.

The cast and crew of The Walking Dead returned to Atlanta, Georgia this week to begin filming the fourth season of the hit TV series and AMC has now debuted the first image from the show! Check it out below.
Based on the comic book series written by Robert Kirkman and published by Image Comics, The Walking Dead stars Andrew Lincoln, Laurie Holden, Steven Yeun, Norman Reedus, Chandler Riggs, Lauren Cohan, Scott Wilson, Melissa McBride, Chad Coleman, Sonequa Martin-Green, Emily Kinney, Larry Gilliard Jr., David Morrissey and Danai Gurira.
The Walking Dead will return this October with another 16-episode season.
